My recent business trip brought me to Al Habtoor Palace, chosen by my director, and I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel’s stunning and elegant interiors, adorned with pure marble, create a welcoming atmosphere that feels luxurious yet comfortable. The intimate reception area, with its smaller desks, is a refreshing touch that aligns with the hotel's sophisticated ambiance. During our corporate event, I was struck by the beautiful ballroom decor, which added charm despite a slightly cramped space due to the number of guests. I also took some time to explore the Silk Spa, where I enjoyed a relaxing treatment in one of the six treatment rooms; the peaceful environment offered a much-needed escape. The 24-hour fitness center was an added bonus for maintaining my workout routine while away from home. The overall hospitality from the staff made my experience even more amazing, making me eager to return for a proper stay in the future.

Lack of a VIP club lounge.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel was placed within 15 km of the airport...

Nothing all excellent.

The incredibly attentive and amiable staff gave good recommendations. The hotel was just next door to Dubai for business as well as a palace thanks to its magnificent and unbeatable location. I tried some drinks at wine bar World Cut Steakhouse, located 5 minutes walk away.

Fabulous experience!

We stayed at Al Habtoor for 7 nights as our final stop during our trip in the UAE, and I have to say, WHAT AN EXPERIENCE! The hotel itself is stunning and embodies modern luxury throughout. Our spacious Grand Deluxe Room, upgraded thanks to my HH Gold membership, featured amazing views of both the garden and the Burj Al Arab. What set this stay apart was the perfect staff; everyone was proactive, professional, and respectful, making us feel welcomed at every moment. They went out of their way to remember our names, which added a wonderfully personal touch to our experience.

we loved this well known hotel. our venue room was elegant and extremely spacious with view. it was nice to have a butler service and wake-up service when needed. the location was good and fantastic, the staff was nice. the hotel was placed 9 miles away from the airport. everything was simply great.

This hotel is a gem! From the fine room to the exquisite dining options, every moment felt regal. The attentive service left us in awe-special thanks to the staff for the good details. The breakfast spread was really good, catering to every taste. A luxurious stay that redefined my expectations!

Great atmosphere and attentive staff. Room view could be better.

Spacious rooms with a comfy bed and a Nespresso machine add a touch of luxury. The architecture reflects the grandeur of a French chateau.

No swimming pool onsite, which feels like a missed opportunity for a 5-star hotel, although there are other options a short drive away. Room decor shows its age with dull colors and worn carpets. The bathroom water quality leaves something to be desired, with noticeable chlorine taste suggesting it isn't adequately purified.

The spacious grand beautiful king room provided a peaceful and luxurious retreat, and the staff were attentive and friendly. Having access to multiple beautiful pools was a standout feature, perfect for a quiet weekend getaway.

The spa was fully booked .

The dining experience was a true delight, with high-quality meals that catered well to dietary needs, especially great for gluten allergies. The staff's attention to detail, and a big shoutout to the breakfast crew for setting a positive tone for the day! The outdoor pool area is a vibe, perfect for soaking up the sun.

While the overall experience was pleasant, the room upholstery could use a deep clean, and a little more warmth from the doormen would make arrivals feel extra special.

An unexpected upgrade delight

Our experience started rocky with a reservation mix-up, but thanks to Carlo, we were swiftly upgraded to a beautiful suite. The amazing view turned our stay around!

I did face a challenge initially, as the reservation cancellation left us frustrated just before our arrival, but it was soon resolved.

The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The pool area is fine and relaxing. Staff are attentive. The dining options were diverse and tasty 🍽️
